Animations in Flash: Help!

I'm hoping to tap into our shared pool of geekiness.

I recently started using Prezi <http://www.prezi.com> in lieu of Power Point. Prezi is flash powered so it's possible to embed animations using .swf files.

I'd like the ability to create my own custom animation sequences using looped images and I'm looking for the best software to buy that is a) user friendly and b) doesn't require coding.

Any ideas?

Try Adobe Flash Professional CS5 or Adobe Flash Catalyst CS5.

I'm trying to teach myself how to do it right now. I'm redesigning my photography website and also collaborating with a Call of Duty buddy on designing our own Android App.

I'd go straight to the source - Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5. It's the de facto standard for Flash, and you'll find literally hundreds of thousands of books, tutorials, websites, forum posts, and scripts dedicated to helping you with it. You get 30 days to try out the full-featured product for free, so it's a definite "must check out" if you want to get into Flash work.

Adobe all the way. I was in a flash and animations course in school and we used CS4. very user friendly and easy to learn. I haven't personally used CS5, but it shouldn't be much different.
